Intern Project Manager, Kontur
2025 4 months

Kontur is one of Russia's largest B2B software companies — 38 years on the market, 12,000 employees, ~70 products helping businesses simplify internal processes and interact with government.

Also, Kontur is famous for its engineering culture and is often called “Ural’s Google” in the media — if you're curious why, let ChatGPT or Claude run a small research for you.

During my internship at Kontur, I was responsible for building from scratch an internal tool for creating and managing corporate events. The goal was to give all 12,000 employees visibility into every event happening across the company — making it easy to discover and join activities outside their team, and grow professionally.

The tool is designed to handle dozens of events monthly across different functional departments and business units, with attendance ranging from 10 to 1,000 people per event.

I led a team of 4 developers (C# + React). Owned scope and schedule, communicated with stakeholders, gathered requirements, managed the backlog, and ran planning sessions, standups, grooming, and demos. Actively integrated AI tools into the development workflow to accelerate delivery.
